In a diary entry, pretend to be Macbeth and react to the news that he is the new thane of Cawdor and eventual king of Scotland. Also include how Banquo tempers his response by telling him, "What, can the devil speak true?" (I.iii.108). Remark about what kind of friend Banquo is, and explain Macbeth's feelings about the whole situation, using at least 2 pieces of textual evidence (cite it like this: Act.Scene.Lines) At least one whole page.
